The AD8603AUJZ-REEL7 is identical in function to the AD8603AUJZ-R2 (post 5577), being the same precision micropower single op-amp from Analog Devices in SOT-23-5. The -REEL7 suffix specifies tape-and-reel packaging on a 7-inch reel (3000 pcs) vs the -R2 which is a smaller reel. The device consumes 40uA per amplifier with 1.8-5.0V supply range. The DigiTrim architecture provides 40uV typical input offset voltage (100uV max) and 0.5uV/C drift. The CMOS input stage achieves 0.2pA input bias current, making it ideal for high-impedance sensor interfaces. The 400kHz gain-bandwidth and 0.4V/us slew rate suit DC and low-frequency applications. Rail-to-rail input/output operation covers the full supply range. PSRR is 100dB and CMRR is 100dB minimum. The output swings to within 15mV of both rails at 1mA load. Applications include: precision current sensing, photodiode amplifiers, pH electrode buffers, and battery-powered instrumentation.
