ULN2004ADR from TI is a 7-channel Darlington array with 10.5k-ohm base resistors for direct 6-15V CMOS drive. 500mA/channel, 50V output with clamp diodes for inductive loads. SOIC-16 tape-and-reel.

Seven NPN Darlington pairs with 10.5k series base resistor and 7.2k+3k divider. Small base current is amplified by cascaded transistors (hFE > 1000). Clamp diodes protect against inductive kickback when driving relays or motors.
