The SN74AVC1T45DCKR is a 1-bit bidirectional voltage-level translator with direction control. It has two independent power rails: VCCA (1.2-3.6V) for the A port and VCCB (1.2-3.6V) for the B port. The DIR pin determines signal direction: when DIR is HIGH, data flows from A to B; when DIR is LOW, data flows from B to A. The translation mechanism uses a pass-gate structure where the output driver is powered by the target supply rail, ensuring the output signal swings rail-to-rail on the destination side. The I/O circuits are designed to be high-impedance when the respective supply is powered down, enabling partial-power-down operation. The device supports data rates up to 320Mbps and is suitable for translating between 1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V logic levels.
