The OPA627AP from TI (Burr-Brown) is a precision FET-input op-amp with 16MHz GBW, 55V/us slew rate, 100uV max offset, and 0.00003% THD in DIP-8 for ultra-high-fidelity audio and precision instrumentation.

The OPA627AP is a precision FET-input operational amplifier from Burr-Brown/TI in DIP-8 with 16MHz GBW and 55V/us slew rate. The dielectrically-isolated BiFET process uses oxide isolation between transistors instead of junction isolation, eliminating parasitic SCR structures that cause latch-up. The input stage uses laser-trimmed JFET pairs achieving 100uV typical input offset voltage and 0.5uV/C drift. The 55V/us slew rate (among the fastest for precision FET op-amps) prevents slew-induced distortion in fast audio transients. The noise performance of 4.5nV/sqrtHz at 1kHz is exceptionally low for a JFET-input device. The Class-AB output stage drives 600Ohm loads and swings within 1.5V of the rails. The offset null pins (1 and 5) allow external trimming to reduce offset below 25uV for precision DC applications. The device is widely used in high-end audio preamplifiers, DAC I/V conversion, and precision instrumentation.
