The LPV7215MFX/NOPB is a single nanopower comparator with 320nA supply current and push-pull output in SOT-23-5. The input stage uses a differential PMOS pair for rail-to-rail common-mode range. The comparator continuously monitors the voltage difference between IN+ and IN- inputs. When IN+ exceeds IN-, the output drives to V+; when IN- exceeds IN+, the output drives to GND. The push-pull output stage eliminates the need for an external pull-up resistor, reducing component count. Propagation delay is 6us typical, which is adequate for low-frequency sensing applications. The device operates from 1.8V to 5.5V with no phase reversal on overdriven inputs. The 320nA quiescent current makes it ideal for battery-powered always-on monitoring circuits such as low-battery detection and threshold alarm systems.
