The IR3584MTRPBF from Infineon is a dual-output digital multi-phase PWM controller supporting Intel VR12 and VR12.5 specifications. With 4+1 phase configuration, it provides precise voltage regulation for CPU and GPU applications. PMBus interface enables real-time monitoring and parameter adjustment. Features include dynamic phase control, adaptive transient algorithm, and comprehensive fault protection. IMPORTANT: This product has been discontinued (End of Life).

The IR3584 uses digital control with integrated ADCs to sample output voltage and inductor currents. The digital compensator processes feedback and generates PWM signals per phase. PMBus allows configuration and telemetry. Dynamic phase shedding improves light-load efficiency. MTP stores configuration in non-volatile memory.
