The TLV2721CDBVT is a single rail-to-rail output CMOS operational amplifier from Texas Instruments in SOT-23-5 (8-pin variant), operating from 2.7V to 5.5V with 3MHz gain-bandwidth product and 2.4V/us slew rate. The CMOS input stage provides very high input impedance (>10^12 Ohms) and extremely low input bias current (1pA typical), making it suitable for high-impedance sensor interfaces. The rail-to-rail output swings to within 10mV of the supply rails with a 10k-ohm load. The input common-mode range extends from the negative rail (GND) to within 1.2V of the positive rail, allowing ground-referenced signal conditioning in single-supply applications. The supply current is 550uA per amplifier. The input offset voltage is 500uV typical (3.5mV max), adequate for most general-purpose applications. The 3MHz GBW supports active filters up to approximately 300kHz. The output can drive capacitive loads up to 500pF without oscillation; for larger capacitive loads, a series output resistor (50-100 Ohms) provides isolation. The device is unity-gain stable and internally compensated. The CDBVT suffix specifies SOT-23-8 (8 leads with 3 NC pins), commercial temperature range (0C to +70C), tape-and-reel. This is essentially the same die as the TLV2721 in a different pin configuration.
