The MT29F2G01ABAGDWB-IT:G from Micron is a 2Gb (256MB) SPI NAND Flash memory with 1.8V supply, built-in ECC, and industrial temperature range in WSON-8 for embedded code and data storage.

The MT29F2G01ABAGDWB-IT is a 2Gb (256MB) SPI NAND Flash from Micron in WSON-8 (6x8mm), industrial temperature grade. Unlike parallel NAND, SPI NAND uses a standard SPI interface (CS, CLK, SI, SO) to access the memory array, drastically reducing pin count. The memory is organized as 2048 blocks of 64 pages each, with each page being 2112 bytes (2048 data + 64 spare). Program operations: a PAGE READ command loads a page into the 2112-byte data register (25us typical), then READ commands clock out data byte-by-byte. Program operations: PROGRAM LOAD fills the data register, then PROGRAM EXECUTE writes to the array (300us typical). Erase operations: BLOCK ERASE clears a 128KB block in 3ms typical. The internal ECC engine corrects up to 4-bit errors per page, with 8-bit error detection. The -IT suffix specifies -40C to +85C industrial temperature range. ONFI toggle mode (DQS pin) enables higher read throughput.
