MCP2562 features VIO supply pin allowing direct connection to MCUs with 1.8V to 5V I/O without level shifting. Implements ISO-11898-5 physical layer. Very low 5uA standby current. CAN bus pins disconnected when unpowered. Ground fault and dominant bit detection. Thermal shutdown.
