The 74LVC08AD118 from Nexperia is a quad 2-input AND gate with 1.65-5.5V supply and over-voltage tolerant inputs in SOIC-14 for logic gating and signal combining.

The 74LVC08AD118 contains four independent 2-input AND gates in a single SOIC-14 package. Each AND gate performs the Boolean function Y = A x B in positive logic. When both inputs are HIGH, the output goes HIGH; otherwise the output stays LOW. The device uses LVC (Low-Voltage CMOS) technology operating from 1.65V to 5.5V with typical propagation delay of 3.1ns at 3.3V. Inputs are over-voltage tolerant to 5.5V allowing level translation from higher-voltage logic to lower-voltage logic without additional components. The CMOS output stage provides balanced source/sink drive capability of 24mA at 3.0V.
