The NCP431BVSNT1G from onsemi is a precision programmable shunt voltage reference functionally equivalent to the TL431 B-grade in a SOT-23-3 package. The device provides +/-0.5% initial accuracy with 11mV maximum voltage drift over the industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C). The NCP431 is onsemi’s version of the industry-standard TL431 with the same pinout, operating principle, and application circuits. The 2.495V internal reference is programmable to 36V using two external resistors. The 0.2 Ohm dynamic impedance and 1-100mA cathode current range are compatible with standard TL431 designs. The BVSNT1G suffix denotes the SOT-23-3 package with B-grade accuracy on tape and reel.

Identical to the TL431. The NCP431 is onsemi’s functional equivalent of the TL431 with the same bandgap reference, error amplifier, and NPN shunt transistor architecture. See TL431ACDBZR entry for complete working principle.
