The ADUM2401ARWZ-RL from Analog Devices is a quad-channel digital isolator based on iCoupler technology with 2.5kV rms isolation. With four forward channels, 10Mbps data rate, and 25kV/us CMTI, it provides robust signal isolation for SPI and parallel interfaces in SOIC-16W package.
