**SPI 接口：** W25Q256FV 使用标准 SPI 接口，包括 /CS（芯片选择）、CLK（串行时钟）、DI/IO0（数据输入）、DO/IO1（数据输出）、/WP/IO2 和 /HOLD/IO3 引脚。在标准 SPI 模式下，DI 传输命令/地址/数据，DO 返回数据。在四通道 SPI 模式下，所有四个 I/O 引脚并行传输地址和数据，吞吐量翻了两番。QPI 模式还将四通道操作扩展到命令阶段。.
