The L1 cache (16KB I-Cache + 16KB D-Cache) enables zero-wait-state execution from Flash. Advanced peripherals include two 16-bit ADCs at 3.6 MSPS, hardware crypto (AES, Triple DES, HASH), Chrom-ART Accelerator (DMA2D), JPEG codec, and up to 8 USART/UART interfaces. The STM32H753ZIT6 uses the ARM Cortex-M7 core with a 6-stage superscalar pipeline capable of executing up to 2 instructions per clock cycle, delivering 1027 DMIPS at 480 MHz. The memory architecture is optimized for the Tightly Coupled Memory (TCM) interface: the 128KB ITCM RAM allows zero-wait-state instruction fetch, and the 64KB DTCM RAM provides zero-wait data access for time-critical variables.
