The AD8513ARUZ from Analog Devices is a quad precision JFET input operational amplifier offering 8.5 MHz gain bandwidth product and 20 V/us slew rate with ultra-low 1 pA input bias current. The +/-1 mV max offset voltage (B grade) eliminates the need for external trimming in most applications. The JFET input stage provides virtually zero input current, making it ideal for high-impedance sensor interfaces such as photodiodes, pH probes, and piezoelectric transducers. The 95 dB minimum CMRR ensures accurate differential signal processing. The device operates from +/-5 V to +/-18 V dual supplies or 10 V to 36 V single supply. Unity-gain stability and no phase reversal on overdrive simplify circuit design.

The AD8513ARUZ uses a BiFET process combining ion-implanted JFET input transistors with bipolar gain and output stages. The JFET input pair provides the ultra-low 1 pA input bias current, while the bipolar second and output stages deliver the 20 V/us slew rate and 8.5 MHz bandwidth. The input offset voltage is laser-trimmed at wafer level to +/-1 mV maximum. Each of the four amplifier channels is independent with dedicated input and output pins, sharing only the supply rails. The output stage uses a class AB push-pull configuration capable of driving 1 kOhm loads with rail-to-rail output swing within 1.5 V of the supplies. The internal compensation ensures stability in unity-gain configurations while the 8.5 MHz bandwidth supports active filter applications up to several hundred kHz.
