The OPA2337EA/3K from Texas Instruments is the VSSOP-8 (MSOP-8) packaged version of the OPA2343 dual rail-to-rail CMOS operational amplifier. The device provides identical electrical performance (5.5 MHz GBW, 1 pA input bias current, rail-to-rail I/O) in a compact 3.0 x 3.0 mm surface mount package. The smaller footprint is ideal for space-constrained portable and handheld applications. The /3K suffix indicates tape and reel packaging with 3000 devices per reel.

The OPA2337EA/3K operates identically to the OPA2343UA/2K5. The CMOS input stage with complementary differential pairs provides rail-to-rail input common-mode range. The folded-cascode gain stage and CMOS push-pull output stage deliver 5.5 MHz GBW and 6 V/us slew rate with rail-to-rail output swing. The 1 pA input bias current is inherent to the MOSFET gate oxide insulation. See OPA2343UA/2K5 for detailed working principle.
