The STM32L072RBT6 from STMicroelectronics is an ultra-low-power microcontroller from the STM32L0 series, based on the ARM Cortex-M0+ 32-bit RISC core operating at up to 32 MHz. The device incorporates high-speed embedded memories including 128 KB of dual-bank Flash with ECC and Read-While-Write capability, 20 KB of SRAM, and 6 KB of data EEPROM with ECC. A key differentiator is the integrated crystal-less USB 2.0 full-speed interface, which eliminates the need for an external crystal for USB operation.
