The STM32F030C6T6 is a member of the STM32F030x4/x6/x8/xC family of microcontrollers from STMicroelectronics, based on the ARM Cortex-M0 32-bit RISC core. Operating at frequencies up to 48 MHz, it integrates 32 KB of Flash memory and 4 KB of SRAM with hardware parity checking. The device offers a rich peripheral set including a 12-bit ADC, multiple 16-bit timers, an advanced-control PWM timer, and standard communication interfaces (I2C, SPI, USART). With a supply voltage range of 2.4 V to 3.6 V and comprehensive power-saving modes (Sleep, Stop, Standby), it is designed for low-power and cost-sensitive embedded applications across industrial and consumer markets.

The STM32F030C6T6 operates around the ARM Cortex-M0 CPU core which executes instructions from embedded Flash memory with zero-wait-state access. The internal bus matrix connects the CPU to SRAM, Flash, and peripheral blocks via AHB and APB buses. The DMA controller offloads data transfer tasks from the CPU. The 12-bit SAR ADC converts analog signals on up to 12 channels. Clock management includes an internal 8 MHz RC oscillator with PLL option for 48 MHz operation, plus external crystal support. The power management unit provides POR/PDR and controls transitions between Sleep, Stop, and Standby low-power modes.
