The STM32F030C6T6 is a member of the STM32F030x4/x6/x8/xC family of microcontrollers from STMicroelectronics, based on the ARM Cortex-M0 32-bit RISC core. Operating at frequencies up to 48 MHz, it integrates 32 KB of Flash memory and 4 KB of SRAM with hardware parity checking. The device offers a rich peripheral set including a 12-bit ADC, multiple 16-bit timers, an advanced-control PWM timer, and standard communication interfaces (I2C, SPI, USART).
