"(《世界人权宣言》) RFPA5208TR13 by Qorvo (formerly RF Micro Devices) is a three-stage 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi Power Amplifier designed for 802.11b/g/n/ac applications. It integrates a power amplifier, voltage regulator, and power detector coupler in a single 4.0 × 4.0 × 1.05 mm, 10-pin laminate MCM package with both input and output internally matched to 50 Ω, eliminating external matching components and reducing BOM count. The device delivers +28 dBm linear output power for 802.11n 20 MHz MCS7 at -30 dB dynamic EVM and +26 dBm for 802.11ac 20 MHz MCS8 at -35 dB dynamic EVM, with 40 dB typical gain and -1.5 dB gain flatness across the 2.4–2.5 GHz band. It operates from a single 5 V supply (4.75–5.25 V) with 530 mA (802.11n) and 590 mA (802.11ac) typical current consumption. The PA_EN pin (active high at 2.9–3.1 V) enables TDD on/off control, while the integrated PDET output enables real-time transmit power monitoring without an external coupler.
The RFPA5208TR13 is targeted at Wi-Fi routers, wireless access points, range extenders, gateways, and customer premises equipment. It is supplied in a 13-inch tape-and-reel format for automated SMT assembly (MSL-3). Compliance: RoHS, lead-free, and halogen-free. ECCN: 5A991.G. Note: This product has been discontinued — End of Life was announced on September 8, 2023 (PCN 23-0127), with Last Time Buy date of March 11, 2024. New designs should evaluate alternative models such as the Qorvo SE5004L or Skyworks SKY65162-70LF.
