The OMAPL138EZWTD4 from Texas Instruments is a low-power dual-core SoC integrating an ARM926EJ-S RISC processor running up to 456MHz and a C674x VLIW floating-point DSP also running up to 456MHz. This combination enables simultaneous real-time signal processing on the DSP and general-purpose computing on the ARM core. The device features 256KB of L2 SRAM, 128KB of shared RAM, and supports DDR2/mDDR external memory. It is packaged in a 361-pin NFBGA (ZWT) package with extended industrial temperature range (-40 to 90°C).
