LM1117MPX-5.0/NOPB

The Texas Instruments LM1117MPX-5.0/NOPB is a low-dropout linear voltage regulator capable of supplying 800mA of output current at a fixed 5.0V. The device features a dropout voltage of only 1.2V at full load current, making it suitable for applications where the input-to-output differential is small. A Zener-trimmed bandgap reference ensures output voltage accuracy of +/-1% over line, load, and temperature.
