The ISO7242MDW from Texas Instruments is a quad-channel, 2 forward / 2 reverse, 150-Mbps digital isolator in a 16-pin SOIC (DW) package. It provides galvanic isolation up to 2500 Vrms using a capacitive SiO2 isolation barrier, supporting both 3.3 V and 5 V supply rails on either side independently. The M-suffix version features CMOS VCC/2 input thresholds without input noise filters, enabling maximum data rates up to 150 Mbps with a typical propagation delay of 19 ns.
