The CY8C4146LTI-S245 is an Infineon PSoC™ 4100S Plus automotive microcontroller featuring an ARM Cortex-M0+ core at 48MHz, 64KB Flash, 8KB SRAM, and rich programmable analog including 12-bit 1Msps SAR ADC, two opamps, and two IDACs. With AEC-Q100 qualification and best-in-class CAPSENSE™ technology, it is designed for automotive HMI touch panels, seat control, and smart sensing applications. The 5 reconfigurable SCBs, Smart I/O programmable logic, and LCD drive capability provide exceptional design flexibility.

The CY8C4146LTI-S245 combines a standard ARM Cortex-M0+ microcontroller with Infineon’s PSoC programmable analog and digital fabric. The programmable analog blocks include opamps that can be configured as PGAs, voltage buffers, trans-impedance amplifiers, or comparators, all routable to any GPIO through the analog multiplexed buses. The SAR ADC uses an 8-input sequencer for autonomous multi-channel scanning with zero switching overhead. The CAPSENSE™ CSD (Capacitive Sigma-Delta) block provides high-SNR capacitive sensing with SmartSense automatic hardware tuning. The Smart I/O blocks perform Boolean logic operations on port signals without CPU intervention. The 5 SCBs can be independently configured as I2C, SPI, or UART at runtime, enabling flexible communication topologies. Deep Sleep mode retains low-power comparator and LPC functionality while drawing only 2.5μA digital current.
