The CY8C4146LTI-S245 is an Infineon (Cypress) PSoC™ 4100S Plus automotive-grade microcontroller based on the ARM Cortex-M0+ core at 48MHz. It features 64KB Flash, 8KB SRAM, 12-bit 1Msps SAR ADC, two opamps, CAPSENSE™ capacitive sensing, Smart I/O programmable logic, and five serial communication blocks (SCB). AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive HMI and sensing applications.
