The BLUENRG-248 from STMicroelectronics is a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) 5.0 wireless system-on-chip with 256 kB Flash and 24 kB RAM in a QFN-32 (5×5 mm) package. Based on an ARM Cortex-M0+ core, it provides a complete BLE radio and protocol stack with up to +8 dBm output power and -96 dBm receiver sensitivity for extended range IoT applications.
