Product Overview
The TFDU4101-TR3 from Vishay Semiconductors is an infrared transceiver module compliant with the IrDA standard, supporting SIR data rates up to 115.2 kbit/s with link distances up to 1 meter. Combining a PIN photodiode, IRED emitter, and control IC, it provides complete IrDA physical layer functionality in a compact surface-mount package.
