Product Overview
The SK1816G-AE3-R is a bipolar latch type Hall effect sensor IC manufactured by Unisonic Technologies (UTC). Designed for high-temperature operation up to +125°C, this Hall IC operates from a 2.5V to 20V supply voltage in alternating magnetic fields. The SOT-23 package variant features an open-drain output that directly drives TTL and MOS logic, with a built-in protection diode and operate/release points of +5mT/-5mT.
