The L293DD013TR from STMicroelectronics is a quadruple half-H driver (dual full-bridge) motor driver in an SO-20 package. Capable of driving two DC motors or one stepper motor bidirectionally at up to 600mA per channel (1.2A peak) from 4.5V to 36V, it includes internal clamp diodes for inductive transient suppression.
