The GBPC3512A from Vishay is a high-power single-phase bridge rectifier rated at 35A and 1200V for AC-to-DC full-wave rectification. Glass passivated construction ensures reliable reverse blocking with low leakage. The GBPC-A package features universal 3-way terminals, center mounting hole, and electrically insulated case providing 2500V isolation.

Contains four glass passivated diodes in a full-wave bridge. During positive AC half-cycle, two diagonal diodes conduct; during negative half-cycle, the other two conduct. This produces a pulsating DC output at double the input frequency. Glass passivation creates a protective oxide layer reducing surface leakage and improving reverse voltage blocking.
