The TLV62569PDRLR is a 2A high-efficiency synchronous buck converter from Texas Instruments with 2.5V to 5.5V input and 0.6V to 5.5V adjustable output. Using DCS-Control topology, it achieves 95% efficiency with 15µA quiescent current and 1.5MHz/2.5MHz selectable switching frequency. The 100% duty cycle mode and 1.5MHz/2.5MHz options make it ideal for battery-powered and compact point-of-load applications in a tiny SOT-563-6 package.
