The MC74VHC1GT50DTT1G is a single non-inverting buffer from onsemi with 1.65V to 5.5V supply and TTL-compatible input thresholds (T suffix). The VHC (Very High-Speed CMOS) technology provides 3.5ns propagation delay at 5V while maintaining low CMOS power dissipation. The 7V-tolerant inputs enable level translation from 5V to 3V domains, and the Ioff circuitry supports partial power-down and hot insertion in SOT-23-5/TSOP-5 packaging.
