The MC14011BDG is a quad 2-input NAND gate from onsemi with 3V to 18V supply operation. As part of the MC14000B CMOS logic family, it features buffered B-series outputs with ±3.4mA drive at 10V, symmetrical output characteristics, and >50% noise immunity. The standard NAND function (Y = Ā·B̄) with wide supply range makes it one of the most versatile and widely-used CMOS logic ICs. Available in SOIC-14 rated for -55°C to +125°C.
