El NTJD4001NT1G de onsemi es un MOSFET de señal pequeña en modo de mejora de doble canal N en un encapsulado SC-88 (SOT-363/SC-70-6) de 6 patillas (2,0 x 1,25 x 0,9 mm). Ambos canales comparten una fuente común (patilla 3). El NTJD4001NT1G de onsemi es un MOSFET doble de señal pequeña y canal N diseñado específicamente para dispositivos portátiles alimentados por baterías de ión-litio, como teléfonos móviles, PDA y cámaras de fotos digitales. La carga de puerta de 0,9 nC (típica a VGS = 5 V) es extremadamente baja, lo que permite una conmutación rápida con una potencia de accionamiento de puerta mínima. **MOSFET de mejora de canal N:** Cada canal es un MOSFET de modo de mejora de canal N. Con VGS por debajo del umbral (VGS(th) = 1,2 V típico), no se forma ningún canal y la ruta drenaje-fuente es de alta impedancia (estado desactivado).
