Product Overview
The ADUM1200BRZ from Analog Devices is a dual-channel digital isolator based on iCoupler technology, providing 2500V rms isolation with 25 Mbps data rate. Both channels operate in the same direction (2/0 configuration) and the device features 25kV/us common-mode transient immunity in an SOIC-8 narrow-body package.
