Product Overview
The MCP2562FD-E/MF from Microchip Technology is a CAN FD (Flexible Data Rate) transceiver supporting up to 8Mbps data rate with I/O voltage flexibility via VIO pin. AEC-Q100 qualified and packaged in DFN-8 (3x3mm), it is designed for automotive CAN FD networks with 3.3V or 5V microcontrollers.
