The Torex XC61CN3602MR-G is a 3.6V voltage detector (reset IC) with CMOS push-pull output in a SOT-23-5 package. The device monitors the supply voltage and asserts an active-low reset output when the voltage drops below the 3.6V detection threshold (VDF). When the supply voltage rises above VDF plus hysteresis (typically 50mV), the reset output de-asserts, allowing the monitored system to resume operation. The CMOS push-pull output actively drives both high and low states without requiring an external pull-up resistor, providing clean output transitions. The ultra-low 1.5uA typical supply current enables continuous supply voltage monitoring in battery-powered systems without significantly impacting battery life.

The XC61C series uses a precision voltage reference and comparator to monitor the input voltage. When VCC drops below the 3.6V detection voltage (VDF), the output goes low (active-low CMOS). When VCC rises above VDF + hysteresis (typically 50mV), the output returns high. The CMOS push-pull output actively drives both high and low states, providing fast edges without external pull-up resistors. The built-in hysteresis prevents chattering near the threshold voltage, ensuring clean reset signal generation even with slowly varying supply voltages.
