The UM803RS from Union Semiconductor is a 3-pin microprocessor reset circuit with 2.63V threshold, open-drain active-low output, 140ms minimum reset timeout, and 2uA supply current in a SOT-23-3 package.

The UM803RS continuously monitors VCC through an internal resistor divider and precision comparator. When VCC falls below 2.63V, the comparator triggers RESET active-low. When VCC recovers, an internal timer keeps RESET asserted for at least 140ms before releasing it.

  • In case of loss or severe damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the tracking information. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider.
