The TPS7A1650DGNT is the tape-and-reel packaging variant of the TPS7A1650, a Texas Instruments 60V 100mA ultra-low quiescent current LDO with 5V fixed output. The T suffix indicates tape-and-reel packaging in a 250-unit small reel, suitable for prototyping and small-volume production. Electrically identical to the TPS7A1650DGNR, the DGNT shares all key specifications: 3V to 60V input range, 5µA typical quiescent current, 60mV dropout at 20mA, programmable power-good with delay, enable pin, current limit, and thermal shutdown in an 8-pin HVSSOP (DGN) PowerPAD package rated for -40°C to +125°C.

Identical to TPS7A1650DGNR. The TPS7A16 uses a PMOS pass transistor with an error amplifier referencing an internal bandgap. The 5µA IQ is achieved through minimal bias currents while maintaining regulation stability. The power-good comparator with programmable delay provides MCU reset sequencing.
