The TPS3813J25DBVR operates as a voltage supervisor with window watchdog for 2.5V rail monitoring. When VDD drops below the 2.25V threshold, the open-drain RESET output asserts low. After VDD recovers above the threshold, a 25ms fixed delay ensures proper system reset before RESET de-asserts. (2) The window watchdog provides two-level time supervision: the processor must trigger WDI within an upper time limit (set by WDT pin: 0.25s, 1s, or 2.5s) and after a minimum lower limit (set by WDR pin). Early or late triggers cause a reset, providing stronger supervision than a simple timeout watchdog. (3) The 9uA supply current allows use in always-on battery systems. The open-drain output supports wired-OR connection with other supervisor outputs.
