The TLE9104SH from Infineon is a Quad low-side switch, 4x 1A, SPI, TSSOP-20 in a TSSOP-20 package. It is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.

The quad low-side switch uses N-channel MOSFETs controlled by an SPI interface. Each channel can independently switch loads to ground. Integrated current limiting, over-temperature protection, and open-load detection provide robust operation in automotive environments.
