The TL074QDREP is an Enhanced Product (EP) qualified version of the industry-standard TL074 quad JFET-input op-amp from Texas Instruments. The JFET-input stage provides ultra-low input bias current of 65 pA typical. With 3 MHz gain-bandwidth, 13 V/us slew rate, and 0.003% THD+N, the device delivers excellent audio performance. The EP qualification includes -40C to +125C operation, enhanced traceability, and automotive-grade reliability testing.

The TL074QDREP uses a JFET-input differential pair followed by a bipolar gain and output stage. (1) Input: Matched N-channel JFETs form the differential pair providing 65 pA input bias. (2) Gain: A common-emitter amplifier with active load provides 200 V/mV open-loop gain. Internal 10 pF compensation capacitor ensures unity-gain stability at 3 MHz GBW. (3) Output: Class AB push-pull stage with low crossover distortion. (4) EP: Extended burn-in, 100% wafer probe, and enhanced defect screening for automotive quality.
