The STM32F302VDT6 is a mixed-signal microcontroller from STMicroelectronics’ STM32F3 series, combining an ARM Cortex-M4 core with FPU and DSP instructions running at 72 MHz with a rich set of integrated analog peripherals. The device includes two 5 MSPS 12-bit ADCs, four fast comparators (25 ns), two internal operational amplifiers with programmable gain, and a 12-bit DAC. This high level of analog integration reduces external component count and simplifies PCB design for mixed-signal applications. The 144 MHz motor control timer provides sub-7 ns resolution for precise PWM generation in motor drive applications.

The STM32F302VDT6 is built around an ARM Cortex-M4 core with single-precision FPU running at 72 MHz. The internal bus architecture uses a multi-AHB matrix connecting the CPU, DMA, and peripherals. The two ADCs can operate in dual mode for simultaneous sampling or interleaved mode for increased throughput. The four comparators can trigger interrupts or ADC conversions with 25 ns response time.
