The STM32F103ZET6TR operates as a high-performance Cortex-M3 MCU. (1) The Cortex-M3 CPU executes from Flash at 72MHz. ART Accelerator provides 128-bit prefetch and branch cache for zero-wait-state execution. NVIC supports 60 maskable interrupts with 16 priority levels. (2) The FSMC allows connection to external SRAM, PSRAM, NAND, NOR Flash through parallel interface, extending memory beyond internal resources. (3) Multi-AHB bus matrix enables concurrent DMA and CPU access. 3x ADC can operate in interleaved mode for effective 6Msps sampling.
