The STMicroelectronics STM32F103RCT6 is a mainstream ARM Cortex-M3 microcontroller from the popular STM32F1 series. Running at 72MHz, it delivers 90 DMIPS performance with 256KB Flash and 48KB SRAM. The rich peripheral set includes three 12-bit ADCs, two 12-bit DACs, USB 2.0 Full-Speed device, CAN 2.0B, five USARTs, three SPIs, two I2Cs, I2S, SDIO, and eight timers.
