The SRC1203S-HF from Kodenshi AUK is a pre-biased NPN digital transistor with integrated 22k ohm base resistors in a SOT-23 package, simplifying switching and interface circuit design.

The pre-biased transistor integrates a 22k ohm series resistor (R1) between the input pin and base, and a 22k ohm parallel resistor (R2) between base and emitter. When V_I exceeds V_I(on) of 2.1V, current flows through R1 into the base, turning the transistor on. The integrated resistors eliminate external biasing components.
