The SN74AHC1G00DBVR from Texas Instruments is a single 2-input positive-NAND gate in a SOT-23-5 package. Operating from 2V to 5.5V, the AHC technology provides high-speed CMOS operation with 7.5ns typical propagation delay at 5V and +/-8mA output drive. The device performs the Boolean function Y = not(A and B) in positive logic. The compact SOT-23-5 package is ideal for space-constrained designs where a single NAND gate is needed for glue logic, active-low enable generation, or signal conditioning. Operating temperature range is -40C to +125C.

The SN74AHC1G00DBVR implements a 2-input NAND gate using CMOS technology. (1) NAND Logic: The output Y is low only when both inputs A and B are high. In all other input combinations, the output is high. (2) CMOS Output: A complementary p-channel and n-channel output stage provides rail-to-rail output swing with +/-8mA drive capability at 5V. (3) Input Protection: Diode clamps protect the inputs from electrostatic discharge and overshoot. (4) AHC Process: The Advanced High-Speed CMOS process provides approximately 3x the speed of standard HC logic with equivalent or lower power consumption.
