The RT9013-33GB from Richtek is a 300mA LDO providing 3.3V output in a SOT-23-5 package. It features ultra-low dropout voltage and high output accuracy, making it suitable for consumer electronics and computing applications.

The LDO uses a PMOS pass transistor controlled by an error amplifier. The amplifier compares the output feedback with an internal bandgap reference. The PMOS topology enables very low dropout voltage. Current limiting and thermal shutdown protect the device under fault conditions.
