The Yageo RC0603FR-0710KL is a 10kOhm thick film chip resistor from the RC series in 0603 package with ±1% tolerance. As one of the highest-volume resistor part numbers globally, it serves as the standard 10kOhm pull-up/pull-down and voltage divider resistor across virtually all electronic product categories. The barrier layer termination ensures reliable soldering and long-term stability.

The RC0603FR-0710KL uses a thick film resistive element printed on a high-purity alumina substrate. The resistive paste composition (ruthenium oxide-based) is laser-trimmed to achieve the ±1% tolerance. The Ni barrier layer between the ceramic substrate and Sn termination prevents leaching during soldering and ensures long-term reliability under thermal cycling. The alumina substrate provides excellent thermal conductivity and mechanical strength.
