The onsemi NCP511SN33T1G is a 150mA very-low-dropout CMOS LDO with a fixed 3.3V output, optimized for noise-sensitive applications. With only 30uVrms output noise and 75dB PSRR, it provides an exceptionally clean power supply for RF modules, audio codecs, and precision ADC/DAC circuits. The 40uA ground current and 200mV dropout make it suitable for battery-powered noise-critical applications.

The NCP511SN33T1G uses a P-channel MOSFET pass element in a CMOS LDO configuration to achieve very low dropout voltage (200mV at 150mA) while drawing only 40uA ground current. The internal bandgap reference and error amplifier maintain ±2% output accuracy over line, load, and temperature variations. A noise bypass pin (NR) allows an external capacitor to filter reference noise, achieving the ultra-low 30uVrms output noise. The 75dB PSRR effectively rejects input supply ripple, making it ideal for post-regulation of switching supplies.
