At 48MHz, it delivers 42 DMIPS with hardware FPU for efficient signal processing. The hallmark feature is the ultra-low power consumption: 90uA/MHz active, 850nA in standby with RTC running, and 950nA in deep sleep with RAM retention. The 14-bit 1Msps ADC provides higher resolution than typical MCUs, ideal for precision measurement in portable instruments. The integrated LCD driver supports segment displays without external controllers. Multiple low-power modes with fast wake-up (<10us) enable aggressive duty-cycling for battery life extension.
